You know, I hadn’t thought about the idea of local tweeting using local resources. You can have your own News Team that covers events and other things.

You are entirely right about needing Cell Phone access. Otherwise, it’s just a dead issue. Actually, to me, Twitter would be semi-pointless without Cell access.

Way to open up other’s minds!
