The world is changing and it’s time for you to reinvent yourselves and begin to contribute to a more sustainable society. Mainstream media is not a sustainable model of democratically created media or sustainable communities.

Here are some thoughts:

1. Kill the Daily Papers and get a new job.
2. Focus in on HyperLocal Community Websites and Enewsletters
3. Specialize in Niche Newspaper Creation on a weekly, Bi-monthly , monthly baisis and then print stuff which is worth reading for more than a week.
4. Focus on empowering communities and not exploiting them.. meaning you find ways to keep money circulating in community and not out of it.. into off shore bank accounts.

Ok.. your turn Love it Hate it Newspapers are going byebye!
